Can someone help me to know few important things about Singapore city?
I am in Hyderabad, India now and i will be coming to Singapore by November first week. My Wife got an onsite and as a dependent i am joining her and i need to search job in Singapore city. I have 5.5+ years of experience in Software Testing (Manual & Automation ).

So i just want to know how is the IT current market now?

What can be the average expenditure for a couple in Singapore for 1month?

Are they any opportunities for automation testing?

If you are coming for just one month, your accommodation is limited to (expensive) hotels and serviced apartments, and you will probably eat in restaurants and take taxis most of the time until you know your way around. This will probably cost you S$8000 or more.
If you are coming for longer than 6 months, you can rent residential apartments (starting at S$2500-3000 for HDB in suburban locations), live a more "local" (and cheaper) lifestyle, take public transport and eat in hawker centres (which are cheaper than cooking yourself if you can adapt to the local food). In this case you can probably survive on S$5000/month or so, if you are frugal.
