I don't know exactly But other posts I've read in the past have suggested 5 years, even as a tourist.

Pleasse I need urgent answer to this. I was deported from South Korea with stamp 46 (1) and I still have three months valid Chinese student visa. Can I go back to China with this because I ought to finish my studies in China next year. Your advice please...
