Budget around 22k pm + services. Needs to be within 10min walk of BTS and have pool and gym.

I have 2 units.
1. is less than 5 min walk to Krungthonburi station. It is 26K per month
2. is 1 minute walk to Ratchada MRT station. this condo is 24K per month
