I m a degree in architecture (design, Autocad, printing, bill of quantities, monitoring - shuttering-reinforcement-masonry-revetment-, conception ...) held outside the United States, I m trying to get to Ohio, Somme months ago.
I want to find people to guide me or help me to provide a promise of employment, or the first steps sponding my arrival.

It's too late for that, but you can probably go sometime in the future. Ohio probably needs architects, but you might want to look into Detroit. They're going to need all kinds of people if they ever rebuild.
