Looking for an Apartment in Pristina

I'm going to be moving to Pristina soon for work and I am looking for an apartment. My budget is around 400 per month. I would like to find somewhere that would let me bring my cat with me.

Any tips on where to look/estate agents to contact would be appreciated. And, more generally speaking, any information about relocating to Kosovo (e.g., the best way to ship my stuff, the best mobile phone carrier, etc.) Would be great.
