Dear Friends,

I have tried to search on a number of sites but there is no clarity if visit visa for brother is allowed. Can you please explain in detail if it can be issued and what is the procedure. I have heard that some people have managed to bring their brother through family visit visa.

Its not allowed as they wouldn't be classified as a dependant.

Hello friends,

I applied twice but it got rejected. So lost all hope about a third time.

However heard from a friend's friend that he applied not only for brother but brother's family also and it was approved.
