my friend told me that moh oman now started prometric exam if it  is replied me please how and where i can appear in this exam is there centre in riyadh

Hai, Oman MOH licensing exam for GP has to be cleared. It will be good enough to go to prometric and schedule a date for exam,. If you need in detail about the study materials and assistance kindly

Just go to Prometric Website and select Oman's Board as Sponsor and book an appointment.

@ dr humera... just go to prometric site . and oman medical board. most probably for females . both dammam and riyad. but not in jedda.. i m also working here in makka region and appeared prometric gp for oman and passed. and now searching how to fix the date for interview. i appeared in prometric is pakistan.. now they are calling for interview for those only who get more then 60 percent. i got sixty one . let me see what will happen next.if u wana contact directly. u can write to me.. first of all. what is ur background. where u worked.. if in medicine i guess it would be very easy for u.. just buy online mcqs pass medicien. and read it thoughly many times. once u have grasp on it. i m sure u will pass all moh tests. including oman saudia uae or any other.. pass medicine is a good site. though few also comes from surgery.pedia and gyne. but most of them are from medicine and medicine related gyne. i remember when i appeared 11 were from woman health and 11 were from medicine. so 22 out of 70 were from medicine and gyne. two are usually from epemiology and stats.. u have to take 42 out of 70. i guess if u read passmedicine. will be enough as it also covers some other topics. take some mcqs for pedia  surgery ent and eye.. any type of material like usmle mcqs etc

Can u pls give details of pro metric exams for specialists in Oman...I am an ent specialist .. Have less than 6 months experience as surgeon ... Can I attend pro metric exams... Is 6 months expnce enough to work as surgeon( specialist) in Oman if I clear exam

I appeared for Oman Dermatology  exam in Feb

2013 when  it was not properties. I had a theory paper with 10 MCQ s each with 5 statements which you had to mark true or false. So 50 questions  with negative marking..

There were also some short notes to be written on 5 out of seven topics.

After 15 days there was an   Oral exam  by a panel of 3 Dermatologist s from MOH including HOD.

Luckily  managed to clear and have been working  in Oman  from June 2013.
