Tennis Fee

All,

I'm an avid tennis player and was wondering how much it cost to rent a court in HCMC?   In the States, the courts are FREE at many public parks so I'm not used to renting a tennis court.

Thanks,

Tin Tin

Yeah..I love to play tennis too...

but.. isnt it.. crazy.. that here in viet.. you have to pay.. around 200vnd to rent the court for 1 hour or so...

Good Luck!!

200,000vnd per person or per court?    What if I have 4 people playing on one court?

Hello Ben!
For your information!
The Tennis cost to depending the court location and playing time! Around 90,000vnd to 110,000vnd / hour (Day time) and 120,000vnd to 150,000vnd/ hour (Night time). Balls boy around 20,000vnd to 50,000vnd/ hour.
Cheers!

That is correct.....

Depending the court location and playing time!!!

I will advise you to bring the tennis rackets, instead of buying them here.

GOOD LUCK

Dear all,

My group (mainly male) played tennis weekly on Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday from 8pm-10pm for the last 3-5 years.
We played at Lan Anh club at 291 Cach Mang Thang Tam street, District 10 (very central location amongst District 1, 3 and 10). This is a well established sport club with 14 years history and 7 tennis courts.

Welcome everyone for a networking session if you are keen.
Cheers,
Truong Son

Hi there. The tennis court in my apartment buidling (Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC) is free if it's open, but costs 30,000 (1.5 USD) to rent out. I'd love to play with you, as I'm an avid player looking for partners. I'd love to play this weekend with you if you're available. Please reach out to me at [email protected]. Thanks and I look forward to playing with you.

Hi there.  I can play with you tomorrow morning.  My phone number 0122-610-0936.  Contact me for time and location.  Cheers!

Your phone number seems to come from Nigeria.  It does not mean anything in Vietnam.  I give my phone number, 0122-610-0936, in case you want to join us.  We should play Mon-Wed-Fri night, from 20:00-22:00.  I will keep you informed in coming events.

From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.-Marx.  Welcome to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam where even if the price may seem low, you have to pay for everything.  Of course I suppose we could admit that we don't "need" to play tennis as much as we "want" to.   :)

I am here at District 1, HCMC. I have been here for 3 weeks (came from Washington DC area) and looking for tennis partner.

Thanks, Farshid

Hi
I live in D2 and I have have rackets so I can rent you 1.

let me know if you are interested.

I haven't played for a long time (3years) so Im quite terrible :(

Dear Trung Son,

I would really appreciate any information on private tennis complex that is on sale in
Vietnam.   The minimum number of courts is three.  And I prefer chemical court or
synthetic grass.

Sincerely,

Dr. Ahn
