Dear Puerto Rico community,
I need your help!
I have stayed in Melia Puerto Rico for 2 day- probably the worst hotel ever.
It happens that we have used a card to book the room and another one to pay. When we left we have paid 792 USD (our bill) and one week later they have charged us 350 USD from the other card without any reason.
The hotel is not replying to our emails and don't refund us.
How can I have my money back? Is there any authority to whom I can submit a complain?
