hi everyone
completely new to this expat/blog/forum thing
i am looking to open a small fitness related business in Pune. I have all the specialized expertise and my friend in India would sponsor me as my own capital won't be sufficient.
However as neither he nor I have ever opened a business in India I wonder how this works in ways of visas and legality.
Anyone know how to go about this?

Dear Dani, first you have to finalize the area in Pune, Koregoan Park or Kalyani Nagar or Viman Nagar or Kharadi must be in the list
