I am so sorry I can't help either but do go to Google Translate. Download the app for it is wonderful. I used it when I was living in Norway. But you need to check the spelling for it didn't recognise what I copied from your message. Again I am so sorry.

Can't really make out what it is you wrote but it sounds like you're being told the number was not available.
Did you dial +47 before the number, you need to dial that eg: +47xxxxxxxx be sure to enter his whole number. Norway unlike some other countries requires you to dial the whole number after the +47 country code, and not leave the first digit off.
