Am expecting an offer soon... I would like to know the range of salary in Bahrain for a regional sales manager in the telecom market.
I have search on the internet but didnt find something proper. Am hoping that there might be some members here working in the same field telecom...to help me understand the salary situation in Bharain.
PS I have 14 years of experience.

An alternative for you is to go to some key UAE recruiter sites like charterhouseme.ae, michaelpage.ae, roberthalf.ae etc who usually have salary surveys on their site for most markets of the GCC. Even if you don't find Bahrain in there; what you can do is to take the UAE salary and discount it by 20-30%. As cost of living in Bahrain is low vs. UAE and competition for talent not as fierce; that rough discounting would be more or less Bahrain would offer.
Not an ideal answer but better than nothing
