I have a Japanese passport. I entered Germany with ease. Is there an entry fee to get in Norway? I am US citizen as well if there's any benefit. thank you.

Norway is also a member of the Schengen Agreement, so flying from Germany to Norway doesn't even have passport control. I've flown with just my drivers license as identification before.
