I would like to know the conditions of access, I play very good football,I dream of becoming a professional footballer and I am also a student in Master 1 Resource Management humaines.with my bachelor's degree work I draw the Moroccan down with a half-time job and continue my studies over there?

It's very difficult to become a Professional Footballer in England. You will need an agent/contacts to get you into trials. Or attend trials, and hope to be contacted afterwards.
