Check with Corporate Communications for a start re: teaching jobs. There are also several other language schools in town, like Dover. Best if you get here and visit them in person. Of course, there's always room for private teachers once you get established. Good luck.
Also, check the website We Love Budapest and look up the article on Expat Gatherings in the city for some ideas on places to go to meet other expats.
