Hello,
If you have some athletic records, you have a very good chance to qualify for full scholarship to study in the USA , Australia, Canada and also in the UK.
I suggest you start applying at universities with your records.
As far as direct employment is concerned, once you are in a country on what ever visa, you may look for a job to work as a coach, and the employer will apply for your work permit provided no local national is available with your expertise.
