Hey folks! I want in on this topic. I'm coming over this week on a visitor visa.. if I find a job, is it possible to convert that to a work/CPR? I don't know how long I'll be in Bahrain, but would eventually be thinking of getting a job.

Yes Stefne, that is indeed possible. Conversion of visit visas to work visas in a normal occurrence and, in general, is what happens in reality even when people come here to work.
