Self employed visa / business visa to moldova : Reg

Hi,
I am from India interested to seek "self employed visa" / "Business visa" to Moldova. Can any body explain me the procedure " how to go about. I wish to move to moldova along with my wife".

I am willing to invest up to US $ 10000.

Any one having succeeded already there on similar lines may please help.
