Where can I buy a Jersey/Kit in HCMC?

Huyen Tran Cong Chua, 1st or 2nd shop coming from the gym side ...

I don't like Huyen tran cong chua str although that street gathers a lot small sport shops. The price are high but they dont have good attitude. maybe bc i am vietnamese.
I usually buy sport things here:

Yes even spoke to there distributor and people who work in there company. I probably need someone in the factory lol

Because you only need 1 football kit,might be difficult to get from. Factory.
