I must warn you that there are lots of spams on the public forums, you must be very careful while any body who asks you for money for visa fees or other accounts, you must not fall prey to such trap and also report such persons and groups to the EB.

No one reading this thread can give you a job, as employers don't go around reading random threads and responding to someone asking for a job. Why don't you contact the appropriate people directly? While you're at it, do read:
