Etimad's phone numbers are not functional yet, the best bet is to visit them personally, they are situated at the back of FTC Share faisal, they are open from 9 till 4 i believe
Do not make the mistake of logging on to their site to take the appointment because if you do, you will loose the chance to be attended as a 'Walk in VIP' which costs a little more but you get a chance to be attended ' while you wait'.
The security staff out side will not let you in without an authority letter and identification of your relative in case you want to process for any body other than your self. Once you are in just talk to the 'fair pathan bearded guy' he is called AD.
