if you rent, you cant open a bar. you better own than renting. for mactan island you can own range 7k-15k per sqm depending on the location. for south province of cebu you can own range 1k-6k per sqm depending on the location also....

if you rent, apartment range from 5k to 15k while condo 12k to 30k, both per month, depending on the location.
