Setting up business in Croatia and getting permanent residency

Hi, my wife and I are currently living in South Africa (Limpopo). We would like to relocate to Croatia. We are both business people. What are the chances of setting up business in Croatia and getting permanent residency permit??

As a non EU national, you can open a business and obtain a business based residency visa, but that's not the problem. If you don't speak Croatian, how will you open and run a business? That'd be tough!

Thanks for your info. It makes sense.Was thinking of running a fishing charter and focusing on tourists. How much is renting an apartment, average, going for in Croatia?
