Hi all,

I am Sim Logan,a Romanian citizen. I would like to invite in Romania my boyfriend to get married here. He is a Pakistani citizen, living in Pakistan. Can we do that during his short stay visa? If yes, what are the documents required for him?

Hi,
Getting married in Romania to a Pakistani citizen will require a lot of documentation and it can be headache. I understand you will be doing civil court marriage. In this case you need to get in touch with notary public in your area and get their opinion and list of documents required.

I will advise to visit Pakistan and get married there and the process is easy and can be done in a short visit.

Sim, all of this is discussed on another thread in this forum, you should take a look at it. As for documents, that is discussed also, but you should go to your Primaria and look, they will have all the info. They are better to ask than a notary IMO.
