hey all, im just wanting to know how much residental building work is avalible in sweden at the moment? i also wanted to know if it is going to be hard for me to find a job not knowing swedish? will it be difficult for me to read the plans eg the details? if anyone knows any buildesr i could have a chat with that would be awesome. cheers!

You could try southerncross.se/-Southern Cross who are based in Stockholm. They supply qualified personnel to the Swedish construction sector and their language is English. They'd also be able to advise you on how to become accredited here, if you have some kind of specialised training (eg plumber, electrician etc) that may need to be complemented to meet Swedish requirements.

Come to the north of sweden its in short supply of builders .you dont do wetrooms and plumbing or electrics ? We are hiring to refurbish a house or 2 here in vasterbotten .we will provide accom etc .wetroom kits provided and regulations etc just need workmen .as we are not energetic enough to do the work and my hubby is a gardener and me a music teacher
