I have got a EP and want to bring my wife with me to singapore. Can i bring her to signapore on tourist visa and then apply for dependant pass or is there any other way ? please advice
Can EP Holder bring his spouse to singapore without a dependant visa ?

If she can get a visa on arrival (usually 30 or 90 days), it is possible to apply for a DP after she arrived - but note that there is no guarantee the DP is granted within the tourist visa validity (or at all). If not, she'd have to leave the country temporarily.
If she needs to apply for a tourist visa beforehand, she might as well apply for the DP instead.
