I know one in Dubai Marina, where there are currently building the tram.
When arriving from media city to Marina, with the Media One hotel just in your left, you will find a tram construction area. Follow the road as if you're going to the Westin, and drive alongside the tram construction area. You'll see on the left side of the road a billiard zone.
