Working Visa for Female Professionals

I am a Civil Engineer by profession, been working for more than 20 years, currently working for US Embassy- here in Kabul, Afghanistan as a QC Manager. I got a job offer with same position,  from a renowned International construction and Engineering company.

All preliminaries regarding employment has been discussed, concurred  and I submitted all required documents for further VISA application. After a week upon submission, they give me a feedback regarding this new rule/policy from the Omani Minister of Manpower, however, they will still get further thru it and if there's an exception to the rule.
