Renewing a contract as a foreigner in morocco

Hi again...ramadam Moubarak...i would like to ask if there is anyone who has previous experience in renewing his her contract...or who knows if we, foreigners with card sejour, can have an indeterminate contract....well....what do you know about these affairs? thanks a lot.

Hello,

It depends on your carte de sejour. I mean, for how many years did you obtain it in the first place? If you had it for one year and now you need renewal, you have to provide the old one, to complete a form in which you declare that you have not changed your residence (contrat de bail). You go at the police station in the area you live.
If you do not have the old papers, you need to remake the procedure again (passport copy, carte de sejour copy, contrat de bail, water/electricity recu, work contract or company - all this papers have to be legalized).
