If someone in Turkey got a problem and borrowed money from someone. then he/she was unable to pay back the money till his/her visa expire. Are they going to let him/her go without paying his/her depth?

Hi Fred,
That would probably depend on the debt itself. If it were a bank, credit card or public utility debt that might cause some problems.
If it were a debt to a private individual, they probably wouldn't even know about it.

If your not a local citizen ..am sorry to tell you they will let him/her leave
There is no papers between both of you to prove you own him/her ?
