I want to know if there's a YRC Logistics Global Courier service agency in your country? I want to know coz I'm applying a job in the United States and I want to get all my documents. They said that before I get my documents I should pay $150 for the insurance.. I want to know that if this is real or not. Thanks.

Any company asking you to pay fees for any job application with no real interview is 99,9% a scam.

From what I can tell on Google, it's a legitimate company, but who is asking you to pay $150, and for what kind of insurance? You must be very careful about these things.
