Hello all,
I'm 64 and have moderate COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.) Because Cuenca has an elevation over 8,000 feet, I'm wondering if I might have difficulty breathing well.
Also, I've read that to ascend to that kind of altitude one should do it in stages, resting at some 5,000 feet, 6,000, 7,000, et al.
Any input is welcome!
Thank you,
Jackie
