My colleagues and me often go to Senayan after work for a run or snacks and they have mass aerobic/zumba session every wed eve.

I also plan to take a small dog w me to run with tonight !

Usually we take off from Mayapada Tower together and you or anyone is welcome to join in if this interests you

Will be joining a few guys from my work to go mountain bike riding too. Usually on the weekend!

Only been here 2 weeks now and there is plenty to do. Hiking clubs and scuba clubs as well. Just need to know where too look! Java Lava is a moderate hiking club for those normal hikers. Can get the name of another club for people who like hicking 40km a day! BUt thats way outta my field.

P.S. would like to learn badmington... never played before though
