is it difficult for expats to open a bank account in Aruba ?

Which documents are required to open a bank account in Aruba ?

How long does it take to open it ?

Is there any restriction for expats regarding the services (loans for instance)  ?

Yes you can open an account in Aruba. You will need to contact the bank and see what kind of info they will need. It can be done but is not a easy as in the states. Aruba Bank required a bunch of informational letters from the states. . . . It's best to check with the bank for what they require. . . .
