does any one have some Basic Information on land lease for agricultural Investment in Madagaskar.

Maximum time of lease

Is land provided by government for Investors

Can non Citizen buy land

I am currently in Madagascar trying out my agricultural project and at the same time researching on agricultural and real estate investment. So far , I have been told that a foreigner can buy land.avout leading I am about to find out prolly by the end of this week.
