Banking in Myanmar

Hi all,

I'm moving into Yangon in 2 weeks, but i have a question regarding banks.

1. Which bank would you recommend?
2. Is it possible to make international transfers, or is it advisable to bring in cash in the bank?
3. Does mastercard charge the regular fee, or is it more expensive in Myanmar?
4. Does paypal work in Myanmar?
