Hi Dear,
I am working as a secretary from last one year in a company. Only i have an employment proposal which i have singed in India and there is no terms and conditions. Now i want to go final exit. Could company will claim for any amount like - iqama, visa charges? also my iqama will expire after 2 months.
Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

Hi there
Of Course not, your company can not claim for anything from you, however if you do not finish the proposal period you will lose any benefits and you will charge the air ticket to go back to home.
Legally this is the case, trust your side and do not accept any claims from them
