Moving to New York for TEFL training

Hi, my name is Nancy. I recently signed up for further TEFL training and was waiting for word from the administration as to whether NYC, London UK or Barcelona schools were wheelchair accessible. So, my choices were between NYC and Barcelona. Putting the weather and cost of living ahead of all other criteria, Barcelona would be the better choice. However, more important criteria [I know what's more important than great weather and fairly low cost of living??] is my criteria for my disability needs. I've vacationed in NYC and Alicante and thoroughly enjoyed both but not being fluent enough in Spanish or Catalan made my decision lean more towards NYC with moderate weather and heightened costs of living. Any advice to share with regard to disability issues or in general please do not hesitate to send them my way, thanks. Keep Smiling
