Dear Sir,
Iam working in the public sector, today i.e. 5 june 2014 approached to isteqdam riyadh,
got the family visa[ wife +2 kids]. I pay the 2000 sr. by riyadh bank . I heared that,
after we got visa, this fees will not show on the account. But in my account it is still
showing..What is the reason, it will take time or we have to contact to isteqdam afficials
again for verification..thanks for your answer

It will be deducted when you get the visa.

Sir,
check that may be u paid the amount two times.
Or you may be entered number of visa 2 instead of 1 at the time of payment.
check your bank statement also.
