Best areas Four a family to live in Baku

Hi , I consider moving to Baku with my family and I have two questions :

Where are the best areas for having a house, a bit more quite, perhaps garden  for the kids, not too far away from the city?

What about pollution I have read some posts saying the City has a lot of Air pollution, which would be obviously an issue with kids...
