I just wanted to help the owner of the apartment unit I am staying at now since I will be moving out middle of next month.

Location : Close to Epi Walk, Kota Kasablanka, Jalan Rasuna Said, Plaza Festival, MMC Hospital, Mall Ambasador, Lotte Ciputra world, Kuningan City, Menteng area, Tebet area.
Facilities : 1BR Apartment fully furnished, washing machine, Refrigerator, kitchen, etc. All new. Internet and cable TV already installed.
Price : For now I pay 40 mio /6 months.You can ask the owner directly if interested. 450 K for cable and internet.
