The Galaxy looks like a nice condominium building in Isla Verde. Any reason you're specifically looking at this one?

I used to live in a condo nearby. It seems fine. Naturally, you have the same pros and cons to living in Isla Verde that I have described at length elsewhere on this forum, e.g., unreliable bus service, noisy weekends due to the masses of reguetoneros on the beach, broken glass on the beach, etc.
