Hi,
You can get a job here if u have someone who can help you search for one, and about dubai visa, there are 2 options, 1) visiting visa and direct employment Visa. The visiting visa allows you to look and search for job yourself inside dubai while the direct employment Visa requires you resume to your work as soon as you come in. I.e....someone will apply for the job on your behalf with your experience in your stated field.
