I just came back from being in the middle east for a year. I was born and raised in Jersey and I know how hard it is to make friends when you're abroad. If anyone is interested I'm thinking of starting a group similar to what I had when I was abroad. It was great fun. if anyone's interested in sight-seeing, hiking, beaches, old-towns, NYC, etc. just let me know and maybe I can put something together. Looking forward to hearing back from the expats in Jersey.

I guess I'm familiar with your posts in Cairo, am Egyptian and an Expat in NJ.
I currently have no friends here in NJ, and would like to have some friends with whom we can share some activities in evenings and on weekends.
