I lost my wallet and have no way to get money. Which means I can not pay for the hotel. Is there anyone here in Bogota that has an extra room for me until Saturday? I will be able to get money on Saturday

you should call your consulate in Bogota.
They should have a procedure for that case and possibly a solution.
You should have a VISA GOLD, or similar with MC, for gold owners they have a special urgent procedure for taht case.
