Transfer of sponsorship

I want to take transfer in the company(which is in green catogory) where i m currently working but my old sponsor is in red catogory so unable accept electronic request ,my company assigned agent has send that transfer request, so my agent suggested me that let ur iqama get expire there after only he can proceed transfer procees from begining stage,now iqama has been expired and ministry of labour website is showing following lines-      [color=#3DC23D] ???? ????? ?? ????? ???????? : ?? ??? ??? ??? ?????? ?????? ?????? 1435/05/15 ???? ??? ???? ????? ?????? ?? ?????/???? (XYZ company),
Demand situation in the Ministry of Interior: request was denied transfer service provided on 15.5.1435 informed that their current employer is an institution / company (XYZ company).

so my concern is what next action should i take bcz i dont trust my agent ,he is careless.
