Greetings!
Firstly I want apologize if this subject have been discussed here, but I have a stupid tablet and it is a real challenge to navigate and search for it, so I will not be upset if you will make copy-paste answer, or just giving the right link. Thank you!
So... my situation:
I am EU citizen, more exactly Romanian. I can stay and work in Malta without restrictions. Now I am in the process of applying for residence as a self-employed. Already have Social Security Number, Tax Number, Trade Licences and VAT number and certificate. Tomorrow I am going to ETC office to take the last papers and applying for residence, in a week or two they promised that I will get it.
BUT
My wife and 2 kids are not EU citizens, more exactly they are citizens of Republic of Moldova. They can come to EU without visa and legally stay no longer than 90 days in a period of 180 days. What are the possibilities for staying them longer than those 90 days. And also I heard that a wife/husband of EU citizen, even is not an EU citizen have right to stay and, even, work in EU ... my doubts is that it is not something like family reunion...
And somebody can give me a link where I can read the LN150/2007 law, please... in English of course
Thank you for any answer!
P.S. if somebody needs a Russian and Romanian native speaker with good English and strong IT knowledge just let me know, ready for work day and nights
