If you wish to get into Malta you need to do a Google search for the immigration website so that you can apply for a visa.
As you are coming from Asia you will find it difficult to get into Malta.

Not quite sure what your question is !
A visa/passport will always be stamped at the ppoint of entry into the EU . So it might be stamped in Malta, or in Frankfurt, or in in London, or in Paris, or in ......it depends !
