Procedure to bring new born baby into kingdom and time bounding.

Dear Gentlemen,

I am working in KSA since 2007 with family contract. Last year I sent my wife to India with exit-entry visa for 10 months which will expire in August 29, 2014 and their Iqama is valid until Sept. 05, 2014. Recently in January we are blessed with baby boy. Now I have a plan to bring back my family with new born baby into KSA in the month of July 14 and that time our new born son will be at the age of 6+ months. His birth cert. and Passport already received in India.

Please advise the procedure to bring back the new born baby and is there any time frame i.e. before or after 6 months of baby affects the procedure.
