You're coming back to Jordan?
Then you know that 1000 dinar per month is more then enough.
Don't rent in the expensive areas as you might know.

No, I'm not going back...I am home and I'm perfectly OK here... I have a friend who wants to go there and this is her's husband salary. I told her that she can live OK with this money, but she wants more opinions... thanks everybody!!

Hello all,
You didn't mention if there will be any deductions, Social security if he is Jordanian, medical insurance..etc
1000 is a good number but keep in mind that you have to pay rent, utility bills, food, clothing entertainment " Movies, dining out, having a drink somewhere" I dont want to come off pessimistic but some planning don't hurt!
